Bar grating customizes stainless steel grating for Sateri

Bar Grating cooperated with Sateri Fiber Company in 2022. The purchase manager contacted us through our e-commerce website to inquire about the customization of stainless steel composite grating.

The thickness of stainless steel used in this composite steel grating is 2mm, which is very thin. However, the logistics performance of stainless steel is prone to deformation when heated, which brings great difficulties to the welders. After negotiations between the two parties, the cooperation has been determined.

Considering the thin stainless steel material, we have applied for an extension of the delivery time for stainless steel composite steel gratings and assigned the customized task to two skilled welders in the factory for welding operations.

After 15 working days of processing, we successfully delivered the stainless steel grating plates required by the two factories in Jiangxi of Sateri Fiber Company.
